Personal Philosophy
Our bodies are our one true physical connection to the world. Through our bodies, we can experience so much joy and happiness. Movement and exercise helps me feel alive and connected to the earth around me. I believe that our bodies are magical, ever changing organisms that I view with a sense of awe and curiosity. I am inspired to help clients feel connected to their bodies and achieve their goals. This can take a lot of hard work and meditation, but we can try our best to have a playful attitude and view our fitness journeys as adventures.
