See below tips and tricks for managing your profile for the Rec Sports Online Store.

Creating or Activating Your Online Profile

Returning customers

Re-activate your profile, by taking the following steps:

1. Visit the Rec Sports Online Store log in page
2. Click Forgot your password” (see image)
3. Enter the email address listed on our previous account and click “Change” (see image)
4. You’ll receive an email from shop-recsports@berkeley.edu with a unique link to reset your password
5. Click on the link and create a new password (see image)
6. Add your dependents to your profile (see below)
7. Add your preferred credit card to your account (see below)
8. Register for your favorite activities!

New customers:

1. Create a profile on the Rec Sports Online Store
2. Activate your profile – you’ll automatically be sent an email with a dedicated link to verify and activate your account
3. Add your dependents to your profile (see below)
4. Add your preferred credit card to your account (see below)
5. Register for your favorite activities!

Add Your Dependent(s) to Your Profile

1. Login in to the Rec Sports Online Store (see image)
2. Click the dropdown under your user name (see image)
3. Click Profile (see image”)
4. Click Add Dependent at the bottom of the page (see image)
5. Complete the required information (see image)

Your camper will now be tied to your profile and display as an available option when registering for the camp(s) of your choosing.

Adding a Credit Card to Your Account

1. Login in to the Rec Sports Online Store (see image)
2. Click the dropdown under your user name (see image)
3. Click Profile (see image)
4. Click Save Payment Info from the options on your left (see image)
5. Click Save Card and complete the requested information
