Cal Youth Programs & Camps makes it easy to register for our amazing programs and legendary Summer Camps.
Whether this is the first time you are registering your kids, or you are a longtime Cal Youth Camps alumnus, we have organized simple step-by-step directions on how to register. Cal Youth Programs & Camps utilizes two different programs for Youth Program registration. Please be sure to select the bar below that corresponds to the program you are signing up for.
2021 Summer Camp Registration InformationSigning up for Camp Doc & creating a CampDoc Profile
add- Follow this LINK to the CampDoc registration system
- Do one of the following, depending on whether you are registering for a new account or you already have an account:
- If you already have an account, in the Email Address and Password boxes, type your login and password, and then click the LOG IN button.
- If you are registering for a new account, click the SIGN UP button, and then go to Step 3.
- In the Email box, type your email address.
- In the Confirm Email box, type your email address in order to confirm.
- In the Password box, type the password that you want to use.
- In the Confirm Password box, type the password in order to confirm.
- Click the CONTINUE button.
- Add your participant’s name, gender, and birth date.
- Click the CONTINUE button. The About You page will appear.
- Add your name, phone number, and mailing address.
- Add your mailing address. Click the CONFIRM button, and then click the SAVE button.
- Once all information is complete, you are finished signing up and can now register your participant for a session.
- To add additional family participants
- In the left column, click the + NEW PARTICIPANT button.
- Add the participant’s name, gender, and birth date.
- Click the CONTINUE button.

Registering for Summer Camps
addRegistering for Summer Camp Sessions
REGISTRATION OPENS ON FEBRUARY 17TH AT NOON. To register your children for Summer Camps, please follow the following steps:
- Login to CampDoc
- Go to the Participant profile for the child you are registering for Camp
- In the participant’s profile, click Registration.
- Click the REGISTER FOR A NEW SESSION button.
- Check the box(es) to select the session(s) for which you want to register.
- Click the CONTINUE button, and then follow any other prompts to complete the registration.
- Choosing Add-Ons:
- Add-ons are additional purchases that you can add to your registration (e.g. t-shirts, Extended Care, Private Lessons).
- If you have already registered for a session and did not purchase an add-on, you can still return to your account and purchase it.
- To purchase an add-on after you have registered:
- In the participant’s profile, click Registration.
- Click the name of the session for which you want to purchase the add-on.
- Check the box(es) to select the add-on(s) you want.
- Click the ADD button.

- On the Confirmation page, you must first select how you want to pay. You may (1) pay the full amount, (2) pay the minimum required amount set by your organization, or (3) pay a separate amount. If you have a payment method saved, you can select it from the drop-down menu.
- If you do not have a payment method saved, or would like to add a new payment method, select the New Method option from the drop-down menu and choose whether you would like to add a Credit Card or Bank Account.
- If paying with a bank account, please double check your account number and routing number. If numbers are entered incorrectly and a payment is attempted, you will incur a $35.00 returned check fee.
- You will need to indicate whether your organization has permission to charge or set up payment plans on your behalf, and you will also need to enter your billing address.
- You also have the option to setup a payment plan, to make payments over time. You will be able to select an amount, length of time, and day of the month for the payment plan to process. For more information, please visit the PAYMENT PLANS page.

Year-Round Youth Programs Registration InformationHow to register for Year-Round programs and manage your profile in the Berkeley Rec Sports Online Store

- Create a profile on the Rec Sports Online Store
- Activate your profile – you’ll automatically be sent an email with a dedicated link to verify and activate your account
- Add your campers to your profile (see below)
- Add your preferred credit card to your account (see below)
- Register for your favorite camps!
- Don’t forget about Extended Care
Add Your Camper(s) to Your Profile
- Login in to the Rec Sports Online Store
- Click the dropdown under your user name
- Click Profile
- Click Add Dependent at the bottom of the page
- Complete the required information
Your camper(s) will now be tied to your profile and display as an available option when registering for the camp(s) of your choosing.
View Your Camper(s) Profile/Registrations
- Login in to the Rec Sports Online Store
- Click the dropdown under your user name
- Click Profile
- Click your name in the “For” field to open a drop down where you can select the desired dependent profile attached to your account
- To view a dependent’s registrations, once on their profile page select Programs from the menu on the left
Adding a Credit Card to your Account
- Login in to the Rec Sports Online Store
- Click the dropdown under your user name
- Click Profile
- Click Save Payment Info from the options on your left
- Click Save Card and complete the requested information
Creating or Activating Your Online Profile
Returning customers
Re-activate your profile, by taking the following steps:
- Visit the Rec Sports Online Store log in page
- Click Forgot your password” (see image)
- Enter the email address listed on our previous account and click “Change” (see image)
- You’ll receive an email from shop-recsports@berkeley.edu with a unique link to reset your password
- Click on the link and create a new password (see image)
- Add your dependents to your profile (see below)
- Add your preferred credit card to your account (see below)
- Register for your favorite activities!
New customers:
- Create a profile on the Rec Sports Online Store
