This program helps to develop the next generation of outdoor professionals in the recreation field.
About The Program
Develop leadership skills to last a lifetime, while deepening expertise in sailing, windsurfing, paddling, rock climbing, or general recreation. Daily leadership development instruction with dedicated staff will be tailored to the needs and interests of participants, and skills learned there will be applied in instructor-in-training roles.
The Youth Leadership Program (YLP) participants will build their own journeys with our staff, setting goals, participating in guest workshops, engaging with campers, and building curricula.
