This class is intended for recreational gymnasts that have mastered the Beginners track at Golden Bears Youth Gymnastics, or the equivalent from different program. Participants in this program will be guided through challenging flexibility, strength, and coordination exercises.
Registrants will receive unlimited access to all available class offerings (see below) while their subscription is active.
Golden Bears Youth Gymnastics virtual classes are held live via Zoom video conferencing. Following registration, registrants will receive a welcome email with the schedule of offerings and Zoom meeting details. Other details, such subscription information and what to wear to class, will be included in this letter. Registrants should receive this email within 24 hours of registration.
Eligibility
Prerequisites: Successful completion of all Girls Beginning 3 or Boys Beginning skills at Golden Bears Youth Gymnastics.
