The Golden Bear Gymnastics program follows the guidelines set forth by the United States of America Gymnastics Association (USAG). USAG is a national governing body that is dedicated to the development of gymnastics. Golden Bear Gymnastics incorporates the USAG skill level program for all ages. Gymnast-to-coach ratio allows for special attention to participants and personal skill development, while event rotation between 4 women’s and 6 men’s Olympic Gymnastics events allows for even development in a range of skills.
