Be Barre-Fit

Get lean, toned and strong to the core with BarreFit. This well-rounded workout combines ballet barre work, core strengthening, and stretching using the ballet barre and one’s own body weight to isolate, strengthen and sculpt the entire body. Each strength section of the workout is followed by a stretch section, which will help you achieve a long, lean, and strong physique.
*Socks are required

Circuit Training

Gain strength, increase flexibility and build endurance by performing combinations of easy-to-follow exercises using a variety of equipment, including weights, bands, stability balls and so much more. Designed in a circular manner, each movement is modified to adapt to beginners as well as those who desire more advanced training. Improve your overall fitness level in a fun and continually challenging class.

Crazy About Core/Extreme Core

This class draws from a blend of training methods to achieve maximum core strength: a mixture of traditional matwork, resistance exercises, Pilates, Yoga and more. Crazy about Core progressively trains all muscles surrounding your torso and integrates different modalities to address all areas of challenge or concern. Extreme Core takes you off the mat by utilizing TRX, BOSU, Kettlebells and Glides.

Indoor Cycling

Want a good 30-min cardio workout? Join our indoor cycling class and work up a sweat pedaling through hill climbs, sprints and many other drills. Are you a beginner? Don’t worry, as you can take the class completely at your own pace.

Outdoor Total Body Conditioning

This cross-training workout combines movements from various sports and traditional fitness classes. It includes boot camp drills, kettlebell exercises, agility training and muscle conditioning to improve cardio and muscular endurance and agility. Please note: classes may be relocated or cancelled due to inclement weather.

Looking for a simple, straight-forward way to get and stay fit? This class is for you. It is a combination of natural body weight movements—squats, pushups, lunges, burpees, planks, wall sits just to name a few—as well as exercises using simple training tools like resistance bands and fitballs. Develop full-body strength, endurance and power and return to work energized and refocused.

TRX is one of the industry’s most popular and unique training tools because it uses your own bodyweight and gravity to build strength, balance, and flexibility while being very “easy on the joints.” Work on your pull ups, push-ups, squats and planks while building a strong core in the process. Quick, minor adjustments can make movements easier or more challenging, making it an excellent option for all fitness levels.

Mat Pilates is a unique and extremely effective workout that challenges deep core muscle groups with exercises that primarily are non-impact and non-weight bearing. It focuses on developing strength, flexibility, balance, and stamina through increased awareness of breathing patterns and spinal alignment. We present exercises at multiple levels so you can choose to work at a beginning, intermediate or advanced pace and we incorporate balls to enhance the workout. Space is limited to 15 folks, so come early to get a spot!

Yoga is a very fluid practice that allows you to cultivate strength and flexibility. It helps you address muscular imbalances and postural concerns at a safe and comfortable pace. And yoga offers much more than just a way to exercise— it helps us relax, experience emotional well-being and connect mind and body. New to yoga? Think you are too inflexible? Our instructors are experts at adapting their teaching to all levels of experience and ability—beginners as well as advanced students.
