Barre-Fit

Get lean, toned and strong with Barre-Fit. Through a combination of ballet barre work, core strengthening, stretching and body weight exercises you will sculpt your entire body. Each strength section of the workout is followed by a stretch sections which will help you achieve a long, lean and strong physique.
*Socks are required

Circuit Training

Gain strength, increase flexibility and build endurance by performing easy-to-follow exercises using a variety of equipment, including weights, bands, stability balls and much more. Designed in a circular manner, each movement is adaptable for all ability levels. Improve your overall fitness level in a fun and continually challenging class. Are you an early bird? We offer three 30-min sessions on Wednesday mornings!

Crazy About Core/Extreme Core

Crazy About Core progressively trains all muscles surrounding your torso and integrates different modalities to address all areas of challenge. This class draws from a blend of training methods (traditional matwork, resistance exercises, Pilates, Yoga, etc.) to achieve maximum core strength. Extreme Core also takes you off the mat by utilizing TRX, BOSU, Kettlebells and Glides.

Indoor Cycling

Want a good 30-min cardio workout? Join our indoor cycling class and work up a sweat pedaling through hill climbs, sprints and other drills. Are you a beginner? Don’t worry, you can take the class at your own pace.

Total Body Conditioning

This cross-training workout combines movements from various sports and traditional fitness classes, including boot camp drills, kettlebell exercises, agility training and muscle conditioning. Both indoor and outdoor options available. Also on Mondays, we offer a TBC class that focuses on agility, mobility, and balance. Please note: classes may be relocated or cancelled due to inclement weather.

Simple-Strong

Looking for a simple, straight-forward way to build your fitness? Simple-Strong is a combination of natural body weight movements—squats, pushups, lunges, burpees, planks, and wall sits—as well as strength work using simple training tools such as resistance bands and fitballs. Develop full-body strength, endurance and power in order to return to work energized.

TRX

TRX has become one of the industry’s most popular and unique training tools because it uses your own bodyweight and gravity to build strength, balance and flexibility. Increase your core strength strength as you work on your pull ups, push-ups, squats and planks. TRX is known for being “easy on the joints” making it a great exercise option for all fitness levels.

Pilates

Pilates is a unique and effective workout that challenges deep core muscle groups with non-impact and non-weight bearing exercises. Through an awareness of breath and spinal alignment, pilates develops strength, flexibility, balance and stamina.

Yoga & Yoga Qi

Yoga is a fluid practice that enables you to cultivate strength and flexibility. Yoga offers a way to address muscular imbalances and postural concerns and can help improve emotional well-being. Additionally, our Yoga Qi class combines the disciplines of Qi Gong and Yoga. Qi Gong has been used in China for thousands of years for martial arts training and its healing health benefits. This class is both dynamic and relaxing, a great way to connect your mind and body, increase mobility and manage stress. Give it a try! New to yoga? Think you are too inflexible? No worries! Our instructors are experts at adapting their teaching to all levels of experience and ability.

Zumba

Get ready to bust out your dance moves and join us for an hour of pulsating music and fitness-based dancing. A program inspired by Latin dances, Zumba fuses hypnotic rhythms with easy-to-follow dance moves for an exhilarating and fun aerobic workout.
