- What about lockers?addLocker rental rates will remain unchanged.
- Why aren’t student fees increasing?addStudent fees are also increasing by roughly five percent. However, those higher fees aren’t “up front” costs, but are sourced from student fees (approved by student referendums), so students will not see additional charges in their Recreation & Wellbeing billing.
- With increased fees, what benefits will I see as a result?addOur continuing upgrades to our facility spaces and locker rooms have enhanced and increased the member experience, and these increases will help us continue to improve Recreation & Wellbeing for years to come. Recreation & Wellbeing continues to provide a high-quality experience and benefits, with multiple convenient locations and pool facilities at one great price value to the UC Berkeley community, and we are proud to have you as a member. Specific improvements to note include:
- New mind-body studio.
- New fitness training studio.
- New weight-room equipment.
