WorkFit

Take advantage of our WorkFit program and choose from over 40 professionally led classes available on Zoom every week. We offer a diverse schedule from Yoga to Simple Strong to Zumba. Our classes are free to the public and easy to access. Come join us for a fun, effective workout with instructors who are eager to be a part of your fitness journey.

  • Friday, July 3—Mitch will sub Randy’s 1:00 PM Simple Strong TBC
  • Saturday, July 4—Ryo will sub and teach 8:00 AM Power Yoga class J
