Take advantage of our WorkFit program and choose from over 50 professionally-led fitness classes every week, including 41 Zoom classes and 13 in-person, on campus classes. We offer a diverse schedule from Yoga to Simple Strong to Zumba. Our Zoom classes are free to the public. Our campus classes are available to faculty, staff and students. Come join us for a fun, effective workout with instructors who are eager to be a part of your fitness journey.

  • All class are ***FREE*** to staff, faculty and student employees, so spread the word
  • Masks are recommended, but not required
  • We encourage all participants to bring a water bottle and a towel
  • We encourage participants to bring their own mat (although we can provide one to you on site)
