Take advantage of our WorkFit program and choose from over 50 professionally-led fitness classes every week, including 41 Zoom classes and 13 in-person, on campus classes. We offer a diverse schedule from Yoga to Simple Strong to Zumba. Our Zoom classes are free to the public. Our campus classes are available to faculty, staff and students.
