WorkFit

Take advantage of our WorkFit program and choose from over 50 professionally-led fitness classes every week, including 41 Zoom classes and 13 in-person, on campus classes. We offer a diverse schedule from Yoga to Simple Strong to Zumba. Our Zoom classes are free to the public. Our campus classes are available to faculty, staff and students. Come join us for a fun, effective workout with instructors who are eager to be a part of your fitness journey.

Hi WorkFitters: 

FALL 2021 WORKFIT CAMPUS CLASSES (OCT 4 – DEC 17) 

  • NOTE: last day of in-person classes is Friday, December 17
  • CLICK HERE for current schedule of in-person, campus classes | click on the SIGN UP HERE button to reserve a spot in class up to 48 hours before start time
  • All classes are ***FREE*** to staff, faculty and students, so spread the word
  • All classes require a “green badge” for entry (online clearance to be on campus) 
  • Indoor classes – masks are required | Outdoor classes – masks are recommended
  • We encourage all participants to bring a water bottle and a towel
  • We encourage Yoga participants to bring their own mat (we can provide one on site)
