WorkFit

Take advantage of our WorkFit program and choose from over 50 professionally-led fitness classes every week, including 41 Zoom classes and 13 in-person, on campus classes. We offer a diverse schedule from Yoga to Simple Strong to Zumba. Our Zoom classes are free to the public. Our campus classes are available to faculty, staff and students. Come join us for a fun, effective workout with instructors who are eager to be a part of your fitness journey.
