Sign up for a FREE 45-minute session with a personal trainer. The trainer will give you a personal tour of the facility, teach you how to use the various cardio and weight machines, introduce you to different programs that may fit your fitness goals, and answer any questions you may have about exercise and fitness.

To schedule your free RSF 101 session: select a trainer from the drop-down below, choose your desired day/time and click search to view the availabilies during that time frame. Once you’ve scheduled your session, you will meet the personal trainer at the Fit Staff desk in the main weight room of the RSF.
