Interested in Powerlifting or Olympic Weightlifting? Barbell Basics will teach the foundational movements of the squat, deadlift, press, clean & jerk, and snatch. We will start with proper technique, build consistency, and then add intensity.

TRX Basics

The TRX Suspension Trainer allows you to take your fitness wherever you go making it easy to improve your mobility, strength, and endurance no matter what. In TRX Basics, you will learn the foundational TRX movements which use bodyweight to gain strength and improve body composition.
