Strength training can have tremendous benefits for your health. It has been shown to benefit cardiovascular health, bone strength, and balance in addition to encouraging weight loss.
If you are ready to start strength training, don’t miss this course. This introductory course will teach you proper lifting techniques, basic exercises for each muscle group, human anatomy as it relates to your workout goals, and how to structure your workouts to reach your goal. To meet social distancing requirements, this class will be taught through Zoom meetings. The instructor will provide the Zoom meeting link prior to the start of each session. Please provide a current email address when registering. Equipment needs: Dumbbells and Resistance Bands.
