Rec Sports Fitness Workshops are designed to meet specific health and fitness needs. These workshops are ideal for athletes of all levels.

Rowing Basics

Learn proper technique when using the Concept 2 Erg Rowing Machines so that you can safely and effectively get a high-intensity workout. During this 3 week program, you will learn proper rowing technique, do a variety of drills and timed pieces, and do accessory core training to prevent injury and improve performance. All levels are welcome to sign up!
