Dylan cannot live without music. He has an emotional connection to it and the sound of our lives. The only way for him to be truly happy is if he is doing something with music. He has no fear to follow his passion and this strength will lead him to incredibly heights in his future.
“One thing I like about sound and music is that they are very integral aspects of how we consume art and the practical ways that we live, and yet they are still very undervalued and generally unnoticed on the conscious level. Music and sound is something that is constantly happening, but most never notice it.”
Dylan Medlock is a third year at UC Berkeley and is studying Cognitive Science and Film Studies with an emphasis on sound and music.
