Cal Sport Clubs

The Women’s Lacrosse Club is a recreational and competitive club comprised of players of all skill levels. The club regularly competes in tournaments and holds open practices in the fall for new players to the sport and to the team. Founded in 2008, the club made an immediate impact in the Western Women’s Lacrosse League (WWLL) and Women’s Collegiate Lacrosse Associates (WCLA, formerly WDIA). After competing for one season in DIII, the club moved to DII in 2010 and subsequently won the 2010 WWLL Division II League Championship and the 2010 WDIA Division II National Championship. In spring 2011, the club moved into the WWLL North Division I.
