A Korean self-defense oriented discipline that makes use of wrist twisting, joint locks, kicks, punches, holds, rolls, and falls. Its techniques are modern, open, and dynamic; combining the martial arts of Taekwondo, Judo, Tsirum and others to develop a way of self-defense through physical, psychological, spiritual and mental training.

- Beginners usually workout at different times than more advanced students. Check the UC Martial Arts Yongmudo Webpage for specific workout times.
- Location: All classes meet in the Martial Arts Room at the Recreational Sports Facility (RSF).
