I signed up for a membership but can’t sign up for an IMOnline account. I keep getting an error message that reads: ‘Your member number is not in our database.’
If you signed up for a membership online, you should verify with the RSF membership office that your transaction was completed. You should have a printout of your confirmation page. You can also pre-register as a Captain or Free Agent in the Rec Sports Online Store to verify your membership purchase.
I signed up for a membership but can’t sign up for an IMOnline account. I keep getting an error message that reads: ‘The member information (first and/or last name) you have entered does not match the information in our database.’
The IMOnline database requires that you enter your full name as it appears in membership records. Try entering your full last name and first name as it appears on University records. If this doesn’t work, check an old Rec Sports receipt for the name at the bottom or visit the IM Sports office to confirm the name on your member record in IMOnline.
*Note on UC Employee Numbers: For Fac/Staff CRC members – replace the first two numbers in your ID number (usually 01) with the letter A (e.g. 010670423 would become A0670423).
