Ryan has been an athlete for most of his life, participating in Football in College and Baseball and Track & Field in High School. After college Ryan began a career in Marketing and the stress and lifestyle that followed began to play a toll on his health which included weight gain, low energy and stage 3 arthritis in his lower back. This encouraged Ryan to make major changes in his lifestyle through exercise, nutrition and stress management techniques.
Currently Ryan is completing his Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology where he has a primary concentration on working with individuals who are in need of lifestyle changes to improve their health. Ryan enjoys working with individuals who have a simple goal of getting into better shape and those who would like to make major lifestyle changes.
Ryan’s core competencies are aerobic training, strength training, agility training, functional fitness, metabolic training, Olympic lifting, core training, weight loss techniques, shifting body composition, body toning and nutrition. Ryan realizes that each person is different, has a unique starting point, and has very specific individual goals and he is dedicated to partnering with you to customize your experience as you strive to improve your life.
Ryan’s interests include a variety of music as well as playing the guitar, a hobby which he proudly taught himself how to play. Going hand in hand with music, Ryan also enjoys meditating in his spare time. Over the years, he has also grown fond of and gained a serious interest in tattoos. In the world of sports, Ryan enjoys playing softball as well as rooting for any and all Cleveland, Ohio sports teams. Ryan begins and ends his day with probably his biggest interest of all, his dog Apollo. He especially enjoys taking him out for walks around his neighborhood.
