Robbie has competed in road races ranging from 5k up to 26.2 miles (marathon). He recently completely a half Ironman Triathlon (wildflower Tri): 1.25 mile swim, 56 mile bike, 13 mile run. He has coached high school and college athletes in Track & Field; coaching athletes to school and personal records.



Robbie has been in the health and fitness industry for 11 years. He started at the YMCA where he worked as a fitness instructor, fitness coordinator, fitness director and personal trainer. He has been personal training for the past 5 years at both the YMCA and RSF.



Robbie enjoys running, biking, and swimming! He likes working with any fitness level from the beginner up to a competitive athlete.


Personal Philosophy

Robbie’s goal is to help the people he trains learn how their fitness program will lead to the results they want. He strives to help clients feel independent and comfortable working on their own. He likes to give different ideas on types of exercise, so people can substitute group exercise (circuit training, aerobic classes) for their strength training.
