Achievements

Qadriyyah was a former Track & Field Collegiate (NCAA) athlete at the University of California, Berkeley (2001-2006) competing in the Long Jump & Triple Jump events. She has also made it on the ALL Time Top 10 List of Women’s triple jump.

 

Experience

Qadriyyah has experience in sprints, running, jumping, training women post partum & cancer, in-door cycling, weight lifting, Plyometrics, weight loss/control, and knee, ankle & hip rehabilitation

 

Interests

Although Qadriyyah is very focused on helping others achieve their fitness goals, she also has interests in pursuing her dream to become an actress. Additionally, she is a sports model on her spare time, featuring in magazines including “Bicycling Magazine” and “Her Sports & Fitness” magazine. She is an independent business owner, distributing top notch health, beauty & supplement products through Quixtar. She also would like to continue with her studies, focusing on the psychology of male and female relationships. She loves to cook, eat, hang out with her friends, and overall enjoy all the many experiences life has to offer.

 

Personal Philosophy

Qadriyyah’s life revolves around health and fitness! She truly believes that she was given the talents to make a change in this world by helping others reach their health and fitness goals. It is her duty and honor to educate clients on how to live a more balanced and healthy life in today’s fast paced world. Her commitment is to teach you that you owe it to your body to dedicate at LEAST 4% (approx. 1 hr) of everyday to working out. With all of the stress life has to offer, making exercise a habitual part of your lifestyle is essential for keeping balance.

Qadriyyah often finds many people waiting until something traumatic happens with their health before taking action. Unfortunately, she has been a witness of this too many times with loved ones and friends. She has nothing but pure passion for helping others avoid suffering serious conditions through being PROACTIVE.
