Phill was a member of the Omega Delta Kappa Honorary Scholastic Society. He also participated as a volunteer in 2007 Relay for Life. He is also a six times recipient of the Dean’s List Award.


Phill has always been active through sports. He competed in Track & Field, Cross Country, Soccer and Kendo in high school where he used a variety of training regimen such as endurance running, interval training, weight lifting, and wind sprints to stay competitive. Believing that variety and stimulation maintains focus, Phill likes to help those new to fitness to find their niches by exposing them to a variety of workouts.


Phill enjoys playing basketball, running and mountain biking. To further his knowledge as a trainer, he likes to read books and articles on physical and psychological development and improvement. Other than fitness and sports, Phill also loves to play the piano.

Personal Philosophy

Phill believes that success is the reward of consistent hard work and diligent attention to detail. When pursuing any endeavor, Phill strives to stay humble and accept that he is always in the process of learning so that he is able to receive any and all opportunities for growth.
