Brian has been a student-athlete his entire life. He played soccer at a youth professional level with the LA Galaxy. Through his soccer career, he travelled domestically and internationally, including Brazil and Italy.  He also has experience coaching soccer for youth summer camps and designing fitness programs to meet the needs of his clients.

I have always had a passion for personal training and the fitness industry. I can be found constantly researching the latest data and research done on maintaining a healthy lifestyle. If you don’t find me in class or on a soccer field, you can most likely find me in a gym working out. I am a huge Los Angeles Lakers fan. I also enjoy going to Cal Football games and reading and writing poetry.

Personal Philosophy

Why did I decide to pursue personal training? Because I truly believe that I can make a difference in helping others achieve the body and lifestyle they wish to have. My philosophy on life is identical to my philosophy on working out: work hard, work honestly, and results are inevitable. I firmly believe that the limits we encounter are only as great as we make them to be, and anything is possible.

Calvin Coolidge put it eloquently when he said, “Nothing in this world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful people with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated failures. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent”.
