Signing up for a personal trainer is easy. Just follow the five steps below and in no time you will be on your way to meeting your fitness goals.
Pick a Trainer
1Take some time to look through our list of personal trainers. We offer a variety of trainers with different backgrounds, experiences and availabilities. Choose the one that best fits your training needs.
Get the Paperwork
2You’ll need to fill out a Health History Questionnaire. This form must be filled out and then dropped off at the RSF Customer Service Center. You can pick up a the form at the RSF, or download a PDF version via the link below.
Choose Your Training Package
3Choose the type of training package that best suits your needs. We offer training for individuals and for duets — you and a friend. You can browse the packages via the link below. Once you’ve chosen the appropriate package, you’ll need to purchase that package at the RSF Customer Service Center.
Create Your MindBody Online Account
4Once you have submitted your paperwork, visit our MindBody Online purchasing and scheduling system to create your account. (Note: By default, your account will be a Non-RSF Member account. In order to change to a RSF member account, please visit or call the RSF Customer Service Center at 510.642.7796 after you have created your account.)
