TRX Suspension Training

A fitness class that builds strength, balance, and flexibility

TRX Suspension Traning builds total body strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability for people of all fitness levels. Professional Athletes use the TRX to train with bodyweight and transform basic exercises into the most challenging exercises. This class will focus on performing a circuit of exercises that will take your overall fitness to the next level! Participants will be expected to perform at a high-intensity and work hard with their certified TRX Instructor. Register now class is open to 9 participants.
