Ready to take your fitness to a new level? Are you ready for a new and unique challenge? Then CrossFit is for you. During these one-hour classes, you’ll work on weightlifting, gymnastic skills, plyometrics and more to help build a well-rounded base of strength and conditioning. Workouts are scaled to any level of fitness and experience, so all are welcome!

- MWF: 7pm-8pm
- Sat: 12pm-1pm
- $15/class drop-in (Member), $20/class drop-in (Non Member)
- $100 10 Classes per month (Member), $125 (Non Member)
- $125 Unlimited classes per month (Member), $150 (Non Member)
- All participants must be registered prior to showing up for workout
- Location: Olympic Lifting Court 14 and 15
