An instructional fitness class

 

Ready to take your fitness to a new level? Are you ready for a new and unique challenge? Then CrossFit is for you. During these one-hour classes, you’ll work on weightlifting, gymnastic skills, plyometrics and more to help build a well-rounded base of strength and conditioning. Workouts are scaled to any level of fitness and experience, so all are welcome!

Your first class is free. Please register online to redeem your first CrossFit class!

  • MWF: 7pm-8pm
  • TuTh: 12pm-1pm
  • Sat: 11am-12pm

 

Fees
  • First class is free
  • $15/class drop-in (Member), $20/class drop-in (Non Member)
  • $100 10 Classes per month (Member), $125 (Non Member)
  • $125 Unlimited classes per month (Member), $150 (Non Member)

  • All participants must be registered prior to showing up for workout
  • Location: Olympic Lifting Court 14 and 15
