Do you want to get a real workout? Boot Camp is a 6 week (12 sessions) multi-leveled outdoor fitness course that is divided into distinct high intensity training days: running, upper-body, power and agility, and lower leg strength. All aspects of your fitness and health are monitored, including nutrition, body composition, and extra workouts. Workout is held on and around the UC Berkeley campus. Class meets twice a week for one hour.
