Running Technique

A one day fitness workshop

Are you looking to start running or have questions about your technique? In this 1.5 hour clinic, you will learn how to run efficiently and safely, prevent acute and repetitive injuries, and decrease your run time. This class can be used for short sprints or long distance running. Open to all levels.
