A Group Exercise Class

In the Yoga and Meditation class, students will spend the first 45 minutes exploring yoga as a moving meditation as the instructor guides them through a gentle vinyasa/ (flow) sequence. The last 12 minutes of the class is devoted to a sitting meditation guided by the instructor. This class is especially designed for those who are interested in learning more about sitting meditation and how to cultivate these techniques into their daily lives, while also learning more about the yoga asanas (poses) as a means to increase body awareness and overall health. Some yoga experience is helpful, but not required.
