A Group Exercise Class

Yoga Basics presents core yoga poses, concepts and breath-work as tools to develop inner body awareness and create stillness of the mind. Flexibility, balance, strength, awareness and equanimity are the direct results that come from this practice.

This class gives basic entry/exit instruction about poses which will include standing, twisting, seated, backbends and some easy inversions. Appropriate for those new to yoga and for continuing students.
