Forget the gym, jump into the refreshing water for a pool-based workout! Use water as resistance for exercises designed to work the muscular and cardio systems. This class takes place in a 7ft+ deep pool. All fitness levels are welcome provided that they are comfortable in 7ft deep water for the duration of the class.
