- Winners will be notified via e-mail within 24 hours after the auction ends. The confirmation email contains important information regarding payment and shipping. Please check your Spam folder if you have not received the confirmation email.
- The CONFIRMATION EMAIL will provide you with details on how to receive your item. Please pay close attention to the “special restrictions” section of your confirmation email as it may contain details specific to your item such as required pick-up or required shipping.
- PAYMENT – The credit card entered online will be charged in the amount of your purchase.
- When: Friday, November 20th 11:00am- 7:00pm
- Where: Customer Service Center of the Recreational Sports Facility (2301 Bancroft Way, Berkeley 94720).
All items not picked up by November 20th will be mailed the week of November 23rd to the mailing address provided on your Bidding For Good account. Cal Rec Sports memberships, Cal Youth Camps, Massages, or Cal Adventures Lessons will not be available for pick up – they will be mailed directly to you after payment. After bidding please ensure that your billing and shipping address are up to date on your account. Please note, it is the bidder’s responsibility to ensure that the correct mailing address is up to date on the auction website – bidding for good.
